Women are just like men

Many times you hear women say that men mostly judge a woman by how she looks.

Is she pretty?

How big are her boobs?

How slim is she?

How attractive and sexy is she?

While that is not entirely true, there is some merit to that. Men do that.
But, women also do that with men. They don't like to admit that,  and maybe they don't do it as much as men do, but they do it.

We all do it. We are visual, sexual animals who are stimulated by images of the opposite sex (or same sex if you are homosexual). It just comes natural. Of course,  as mature adults we learn there is a lot more to the story than just looks and sex. But, it is still part of the story. A part of the story that will never go away.

Many entertainment genres are based on this. Of course porn is overt. Naked, and mostly very attractive and desirable men and women who are very good looking are presented as sexual objects for our desires and fantasies. But, within mainstream videos and tv shows (and films) this is done covertly to sell the product.

Certainly, Charlies Angels and Threes Company were not Shakespeare. A big part of their appeal were their female stars...and their lack of clothing.

The Dukes of Hazzard certainly wasn't either.

While the other shows gave us a lot of T & A, The Dukes of Hazzard used the sex appeal of its male stars, threw in some car chases and Catherine Bach to make sure they covered all the bases.

Catherine Bach and her daisy dukes.
As music moved into the video age, established rock bands knew how to use this strategy effectively as well.

Sex sells. It is also something all of us are interested in. We are sexual animals and looks matter.

Many times I have seen women comment how they don't look good in a pic they posted on Facebook because they don't have their makeup on. Women are very conscious of how looks are important, to them, to other women and to men. Looks are important. We all want to look good. There are varying degrees of that, but there are very few who don't deem it important to themselves.

Something that I have noticed on facebook..and other mediums. Women like to say that looks aren't that important. It is what's inside that matters. Heart, sincerity, caring. All that stuff.
However, when a woman posts a picture of themselves, the first thing that their women friends do is comment how hot and/or pretty she is. If she is showing some cleavage,  women are right on that with a comment as well.

Women notice big boobs and pretty faces of other women just as much as men do. Maybe even more. They are just like men. They notice looks. That wont ever change. To judge men for doing it is to ignore that women do it just as much, if not more.

Knocking men for noticing that stuff when women notice it just as much if not more is just foolish. We all like to look good and be thought of as sexy and attractive. There is nothing wrong with that. There is also nothing wrong with noticing it, whether you are a man or a woman.
